1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and queen.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at queenph.co, including all content, features, games, and services offered thereon.

By accessing queenph.co, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or activity offered by queen.ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the queen.ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and queen.ph.

2. Eligibility

• Single Account: You may only maintain one (1) registered account on queen.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of queen.ph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following terms apply to your account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: queen.ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID) to complete verification. KYC completion is required before withdrawal requests will be processed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. queen.ph will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify queen.ph's support team if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. queen.ph will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

queen.ph accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be published on the Platform.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos).
• Deposit Currency: All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Own Funds Only: All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your name. queen.ph reserves the right to refuse any deposit and request supporting documentation if source-of-funds verification is required.
• Deposit Fees: queen.ph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply its own transaction charges. Please check with your provider.
• Deposit Limits: You may set voluntary deposit limits on your account through the Responsible Gaming settings. Once set, deposit limits may not be increased for a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.
• Failed Transactions: queen.ph is not responsible for deposits that fail to reach your gaming wallet due to technical issues on the part of your payment provider. Contact support with your transaction reference for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your queen.ph account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals require a fully verified account. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Same-Method Principle: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during regular banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos).

• Bonus Funds: Withdrawal of bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play is subject to the applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Only funds that satisfy wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

queen.ph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. queen.ph reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria or withdraw a promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Only cash deposits and winnings from cash bets count toward wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active per account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is prohibited.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on queen.ph are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• Fair Play: All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on queen.ph use certified, independently audited random number generation systems. The results of all games are determined purely by the certified RNG output and are not manipulated by queen.ph or any third party.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, queen.ph reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the relevant bets. queen.ph's decision in such matters is final.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraud in connection with gameplay
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software used by the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or queen.ph staff
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of queen.ph

queen.ph reserves the right to withhold or forfeit funds in an account where prohibited conduct is confirmed, pending any applicable legal or regulatory review.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above. Circumventing age verification is a material breach of these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any content of the Platform without the prior written consent of queen.ph.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, queen.ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond queen.ph's reasonable control
• Decisions made by the player in the course of gameplay
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform

queen.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by queen.ph's gross negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful under Philippine law.

12. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account and the agreement at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• By queen.ph: queen.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) queen.ph is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) queen.ph reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; or (d) the continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its players.

Upon termination for breach, queen.ph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is enacted by queen.ph without cause, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact queen.ph's support team to attempt resolution of the dispute informally. queen.ph will endeavour to resolve all genuine complaints promptly and in good faith.

queen.ph operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Any matters that fall within PAGCOR's jurisdiction may be referred to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

14. Changes to Terms

queen.ph reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of queen.ph following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
